Refund policy

 All WrapRestore red light therapy devices qualify for return within 30 days after delivery. Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Before returning, please contact support@wraprestore.com to obtain a return authorization number. Opened/used items without manufacturing defects may be subject to a restocking fee. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation.
